(I know they would be for me if I worked in shipping!) I wonder if a sandal with thin straps (like the straps on the one I posted) but with a flat sole would be OK. Maybe a gladiator-type sandal?&nbsp;In general, I associate thinner straps with a more professional look when it comes to sandals. I also would veer toward buckles rather than velcro. I do some physical work like&nbsp;shipping also&nbsp;so I need to be able to walk and lift&nbsp;OK which I found limits my choices. Other employees are newer than I&nbsp;and I have seen them and the owners wear sandals and converse before.
