Thank you ladies. I am getting a yay vibe on the nude heels -- practical, good price (and good fit assuming I can tame my restless heels with those insert pads).

I have never tried on the Tsubos. But I'm thinking of taking the plunge, I have a credit on Amazon/Endless/My Habit plus they are offering 20% off.

As for the Target shoes, I have never owned any so thanks for the quality warning. I may return them, as I really only like them with the coral jeans I am wearing in the picture. Even though they are inexpensive. I have to remember, the cheap stuff ads up and takes up space too. But I kind of like them and they fit well so I have to mull it a little longer. Sigh.

The Borns are going back. They remind me too much of a frumpy phase I went through in my 40s when I finally started dressing like an adult. It is kind of like the conservative "dress for success" phase I went through in my early 20s so everyone would think I really was an adult.

not loving the red espadrilles. agree that target shoes, at least for me, don't last long and many of the straps are just so uncomfy!

dying over the tsubos.

nude pumps are great, for a basic, over which i can not get overly excited even tho i too need a pair. the born sandals are fine, but do these fill a hole or are as stunning to you as the tsubos? if neither, i would pass and save your pennies for another day.

The Tsubos are gorgeous, but will they be as comfy as the Borns? In terms of aesthetics, this is a no-brainer, but your primary concern there was comfort, correct? I know I have the toughest time finding comfy, hardy all-day shoes, so I can understand settling under the circumstances. What about giving yourself a deadline for looking around some more, and then going back to these if you haven't found a better option?

The red espadrilles and nude heels are definitely keepers. SO versatile, both of them! And the perfect colours.

The Tsubos!!

Please tell me about the fit. I am seriously considering ordering to be delivered to my hubs when he is in the US in June. I, too, have narrow heels.

Love everything but the Borns. I've only recently moved out of "practical comfort shoe" into "impractical fashion shoe" territory, though. The Target shoes look fab, and the Tsubos are TDF!

I like the look of the Target sandals a lot, and don't find them to be too similar at all to your nude ones (which are fab, BTW). I am somewhat skeptical of the quality of Target's shoes in general, but these do look great.

The Born ones look fine, but not thrilling, whereas the Tsubos are gorgeous, so I think you should hold out for ones that you'll LOVE, unless the comfort level is really different.

The nude heels for $22 are a no-brainer! They will be a great basic for you.

Just to clarify, those nude sandals in 2 are not in question, correct? B/c I'm head over heels. I think the Targets are fun and not redundant at all. I like the others, too, with the Borns coming in last, but if they fill a wardrobe hole, by all means get them.

I think the espadrilles are cute. My only hesitation would be that those skinny straps tend to dig more than a few wider placed straps. The color fun is fun and it would be an inexpensive summer wardrobe addition. LOVE the nude sandals that you are checking for redundancy on--I loved them in your other post as well. The Born sandals seem like a great slip on to replace the Volatiles--they do not compare to the architectural beauties that are the Tsubo. The nude pumps are a fab basic and I would keep those if they fit. You can't go wrong with them--I feel your narrow heel pain, btw!

Those nude Tsubos in #5 are absolutely gorgeous Denise! I think the red espadrilles in #1 are adorable. I'm not overly keen on the Born slides. I know Born is great comfort wise but these don't seem "you" IMHO. The nude heels are a good staple and at that price, definitely keep.

What do you think?

1/2 -- Target espadrilles (not leather). They are comfortable given the heel height. Shown with nude sandals (2) for a style redundancy check.

3 -- Born slides. I think of this style of footwear as downright frumpy. But they have a heel which I like, are leather, and have a footbed that feels like a mattress. These are all-day wearable and they would replace some Volatile wedge thongs I have that are too gear-ly for my present style direction. OK or should I hold out for something more fab like these (same practical comfort footwear category but more stylish and pricier).

http://www.zappos.com/tsubo-tehina

4 -- Nude heels for the opera in June (to go with the J Crew paisley outfit). Everyone needs nude heels, right? They are Franco Sarto, $22 on sale at TJ Maxx, I am almost sure I will keep them as they fill a wardrobe hole. I already purchased two pair off Endless but returned them due to poor fit. These fit well if I add a heel thing to keep from sliding off.

5 -- Tsubos in nude.
