What a discovery! You wondered at first how you would wear that skirt. Well, now you know! </p> <p>I think 1 and 2 would work equally well or even better with a black bootie or shoe vs. the tall boot. That way the proportions of dark on top and bottom would be a bit closer. It just seems a bit more cohesive with the black jacket rather than a black top to match the boots.
