I have lots of doubles like that, a black pair of moto booties and a sleek pair. same for tan booties, and boots. I say you can have both. But right now the white footwear is really trending so I would suggest you go for the white, they are super fun with the fringe and bookend with white or off white tops or scarves if you are a brunette. The Louie is a best-seller and has come out in many colors so I don't think the style is going anywhere quick. I liked googled pics of people wearing the taupe. I already have taupe suede booties &amp; black booties, including Minnetonka fringe ones &amp; knee high Minnetonka tobacco or whiskey or cognac colored ones. I figured 2 pairs of taupe suede booties a waste &amp; I do want white booties. Sometimes though a style looks good in one colour or material but not another right? Should I just keep the taupe &amp; look for something else in white like a pointy toe or open toe cage kinda bootie or something more modern, less western? I will end up with 2 taupe booties but I like this bootie in this colour. I could return them &amp; use the money for the white bootie when I find it, which would be the smart thing to do given my budget &amp; space &amp; boot/bootie collection.
