It features a black sleeveless top with shoulder pads. I added an older print on white linen shirt as a topper for a cool morning and tomato red bag and flats, black and white necklace from a dear friend and blackish earrings. I plan in the near future to wear the black Johnny Was boho top with this skirt and probably a black and white striped top. If it turns colder, I may go black and blue or black and citron green. Do you have suggestions of colors that go well with a black skirt? The long hair is both deliberate and pandemic. I used to wear it long and remember it bring so easy when I put it up. Shorter, it requires a daily wash. The longer hair can be worn more ways and putting it up was especially easy when traveling and in hot weather. It is not quite long enough yet but nearly there. I may keep it long for the summer. Thank you for noticing. What you see is still wet from showering with no styling. It is healthy.. The long kimono like topper is a great weight for summer and provides protection from sun and air conditioning. I picked up a couple of different ones. They look better on a larger person who can fill them out and is taller. This may be an Independence Day outfit this year. The top is silk and several years old. 3/4 is an assemetric topper ( very light weight) layered over a sleeveless blue silk tank. #5-7 is an old Ann Taylor print top on a cobalt background and consignment JCrew jacket as a topper.. if I remove the jacket I have a silky woven tee with short sleeves. For this one I used lots of red accessories to brighten it up. Thoughts? ETA: today’s outfit featuring the EF black tube skirt with a new black sleeveless tee with shoulder pads. The topper is an old print linen shirt and accessories are mostly red Nicole Miller New York small bag and AK Sport slip-on sneakers. (#8-10)
