I tried with many tabs open, but couldn't reproduce this on my iPad with 7.1.1. I think you're right it might be time based. I'll try that next.

Yep, I was fine for a while with 10 or so open, going back and forth. There may be a time factor to this as well, because I was doing some work in another tab (a web based database) and when I came back to the draft post ~20 min later, it was empty.

Thanks. The number of tabs might be the key. I'll try that.

Hi Greg, I tested it again today before I posted to make sure of what I was doing. So, I click on Start A New Conversation and begin typing in the window. I then either go to an open tab in Safari or open a new one. When I tab back to the original YLF site where I was typing, any text or photos are gone. What I have not done is tried it without having 6-10 tabs open, which is how I roll. I'll test it after this post.

Hi dashielle, I just tried this on an iPhone with 7.1.1 and an iPad with 7.1 and I couldn't reproduce this problem. I am installing 7.1.1 on the iPad and I'll check whether that makes the difference.

In the meantime, if you have the time to lay out the exact steps you take to make this happen, that would be very helpful. I might be doing something slightly different that prevents me from seeing the issue.

So, don't know if anyone else has had this experience, but I'm running iOS 7.1.1 on my iPad, and I found that I cannot create a forum post and leave the YLF browser window, say to pull a link or find a Find, without losing all of my draft content. I'd like to find a workaround if possible, as my iPad is my main device available for posting. I don't have this problem on my MacBook (which is what I am posting from today). Any ideas?
