They are so versatile in that they work for brighter spring like pallets as well as fall &amp; winter's moody dark pallets. I can't say I'm the biggest fan of painted on skinny jeans I prefer straight legs. This is the best way for me to get that look. I hadn't realized they would work so well as maternity jeans. <br /><b>El Cee </b>- I thought I was the only person who felt that way about these jeans! Many of the comments about the rockstars (probably from young'uns) say to size down or else they'll fall off. I guess if you want to look like you're wearing jeggings that's what you do. I've learned that ON skinnies and most skinnies in general look better on me when I size up. <br /><b>Sara L</b>.- This combo is sort of like wearing a black and white photo with only one of the colors filtered through.<br /><b>Von</b> - I think the first time I saw this color combo I was watching tv and some spokesperson had on a graphic black and white top with a berry colored sweater or accent and I fell in love!
