It's like you read my mind! I got the twinset because I find it very versatile. I do wear the tank alone...I rarely wear the two together. I love the tank inside blazers too! And yes, I'd love to wear a black tank with black pants and let the blue of the cardi shine. I've always been a bit out of sync with trending fashion too I happily wear something classic without a care...I suspect it may be because I'm still young and wasn't even born in the 70s, so more classic lady-like pieces don't age me much. </p> <p>Ankita, I wear black pants with black shoes to lengthen my leg line. Yes, my shoes disappear into these pants and you can't tell them apart from one another...but that's the point. It's how 5'4" me can look tall! All I have on hand is this 2-piece set that's actually a fine knit tank with a matching open cardigan that has ruffles. So this is what I paired together! </p> <p>Honestly, I never liked this sweater with skinny jeans. It just looked 'off' somehow. So it hasn't been worn too much (maybe one odd time in 2 years). But I do love it worn like this! </p> <p>What do you guys think?</p> <p>ETA: Added a close up for ruffle detail since Suz mentioned it's not clear. </p>
