I'm guessing you do because it's a pointed toe box, but the reviews on Nordstrom's are mixed, and the online SA said they were TTS and recommended a 40.&nbsp;I am a true 9 in length, but because of my bunions, which make my foot resembl<b></b>e this shoe's toebox, I often size up. I wear 9C in Vaneli pumps, 9.5C Cole Haan pumps, 9-9.5W in Kate Spade pumps, and weirdly,&nbsp;&nbsp;39.5 in&nbsp;Aldo pumps [that pair was&nbsp;even too big in length].&nbsp;What size would you recommend?</p> <p>Thanks!!</p> <p> </p>
