It is, but a click away from medium weight. Made me think to put in a word for these RipSkirt sun hoodies. They are super lightweight, but provide cover to take the chill off in A/C. I haven't worn one on a cool evening - cause, no cool evenings for so long - but doubt they help once below 68F or so. They roll up to absolutely nothing, so I've been tucking them in my purse/bag everywhere I go - grocery store, etc - which tend to be freezing inside during this hot weather.</p> <p>Haven't worn them for sun protection. Will do this in early fall if hiking during the day. Would probably be too hot right now.</p> <p>Only small negative for those who hate ironing ...they wrinkle a bit as they air dry. It presses out quickly and beautifully, but I was a little surprised by this. Being so lightweight, they dry in no time.</p> <p>Can't collect off the Ripskirt site, so took a snip.
