Only problem was it was too wide and too long, and costs of alterations would likely be more than skirt, so I returned it. It is not as long on me as I feared but I feel co reed even sitting in a lounge chair with my feet up. It does not look good with my tankini top as I do hoped it would but I will be able to wear a variety of other tops with it. My biggest problem with this skirt is the fabric. It is a very polyestery polyester, therefore too warm on a hot day. My linen pants worn earlier were cooler and more breathable. So is silk.<br /> It would be a good travel piece. I would buy it again for that reason, only in a plain color like black. I like travel pieces that can be used in different ways. Paired with a tucked in sleeveless silk blouse and sandals there are very few restaurants in DC where I wouldn’t wear that outfit. OTOH it can fit somewhat lumpy-casual and look mostly beachy-wrap, which again, would be perfectly fine at most restaurants nowadays but might not be the same as a truly "dressy" look. There might be other travel skirts which work better for that.
