I love it because my wedding band is the same shape &amp; also in white gold, &amp; my Mom's birthstone was opal too. Enjoy! BTW, you may already know this since opal is your birthstone, but just wanted to pass on something I learned about opals: opals are a porous, delicate stone, so opal rings should be removed when you wash your hands, put on hand lotion, garden or do any activities where you might bump the stone.
