Actually, they fit very good on you and you wear the style well. I actually quite like it with the white tunic, worn loosely over the waist like this! AND I love the footwear you chose too. It's all very chic and forward. If I were you, I'd gt them, because they fit you so nicely and they could be a key piece for an injection of "of-the-moment" style.  I actually feel they are not too big, but meant to be drapey in this way, and saggy in the front. I do own a pair of crossovers from Lululemon and they are just as saggy in the front, it's the style. Granted , we both just indulged in a margarita AND a shot of tequila (his last night in town), so judgment might be a little skewed... Nonetheless, interesting that he didn't hate them on first sight! ;-) I left them in the store, on hold. When I search online for J Brand, I'm not finding these anywhere. They are most definitely not a need, but a potential interesting wild card variation to shake up my worldview that I cannot successfully wear this silhouette with my slightly bottom-heavy physique. Great insights. GS, yes, they do sag down a bit in front. It's good to have ease in the waistband so I can wear them low on the hips, but these are pretty big. There are belt loops. It's so completely out of my realm of experience to try on a pair of pants that are so loose in the lower hip and thigh, it's hard for me to know what a good fit would be! This was moments after peeling a pair of sized up rag & bone jeans that were falling off my hips but still clinging to my thighs, sigh. These do indeed seem quite roomy. I would have to look around online to see if I can find them smaller. My first reaction is that you need one size down. The front photo makes it look like the front waist sags down? But they look like the correct size from the side, so maybe that's not accurate. I am undecided. The concept is great. The fit is probably JFE. I'd like to see them with a different top - maybe something that hits just below the waist that you don't tuck in? On an amazing sale and returnable if I get them home and they're unworkable... Please be honest & tough. This is not something I expect to work on me, but I like them more than I thought I would.
