I read about the belt and was thinking about a comment I heard once when trying on dresses. It was suggested that belt loops be ignored so the belt fit where it was supposed to fit. Both the blue and yellow are nice colors for your wardrobe and they fit very nicely.</p> <p>Last but not least, the gibson blazer should be an absolute workhorse for you in your career and can also uplift a more casual non-work outfit. I think the sweaters are probably not that sheer IRL, I have two black top that photo like that as well even though I am sure they are more opaque. I think they look nice, and as you said will layer well too. I am not sold on the runched tops, I often find runched tops hard to work with as far as getting everything to play well when layering etc. The snake dress is lovely and looks good on you but if there are other greater needs in your transition to SA wardrobe I'd probably fill those first.
