I started back on exercise over the last two days, and it's slow going -- yesterday I managed maybe a mile of running but four walking. But I guess 3-4 days of eating very little other than chicken soup, tea, and crackers will do that to you. It sucked to have so little energy when we were in Austin for SXSW a couple of days ago.
