I did not find that to be true. It IS soft, and not quite a texture I've found in faux leather before, but it sure beats the usual dry "weathered" look a lot of faux shearling has. It works for me, but YMMV.</p> <p>As for sleeves, I, too, am T-Rexy. The arms on almost EVERYTHING are too long for me. I ordered it and then saw it in the store (not the right size to try on, sadly). I am not convinced on the faux leather, which felt a little squishy to me, but I am still eager to try it on. It is so different from anything I have seen out there. If it was real leather I could not afford it anyway!</p> <p>Another reviewer said the sleeves were very long but could be rolled. I have short little t-rex arms, so I am skeptical. I tried to add them as finds, and I am unable to do so. Finds tells me to log in to YLF, and I AM logged in.</p> <p>I ordered three jackets: the Treasure and Bond Leather Blazer, the Blanc Noir Faux Leather Hooded Moto jacket, and the Sam Edelman Oversize Faux Shearling Moto Jacket.</p> <p>The blazer runs generous. It is incredibly soft leather with a blue lining. The sleeves seem unusually big in the arms, especially in the lower arm. I ordered two sizes, and this was the larger of the two, so i will see if the smaller fits any better. The sleeves are long on me, but I have short arms.&nbsp;</p> <p>The hooded jacket is UNLINED. That makes it uncomfortable for me, and it looks awful when you take it off because the back side of the fabric is lighter than the front and the seams are clearly visible. The sleeves are quite long, but with the thumb holes they're also intended to cover part of the hands, so it makes sense. It fits like a workout jacket - slim and longer in the body with zips to loosen it at each rear hip. The arms and shoulders are generous. I like the style, but being unlined is a deal-breaker.</p> <p>The Sam Edelman is fantastic! The shearling is shorter and will wear better than many other faux shearlings. The faux leather is very soft and feels nice. It is NOT oversized as it says in the description, but it does feel slightly generous and fits well. As with everything for me, the sleeves are long, but the shearling allows them to be rolled again without changing the look. It is definitely a keeper for me.</p> <p>I'm still waiting on another size in the blazer, a couple of dresses, a couple of leggings and a few tops. I'll post reviews after I receive them. </p>
