I'm very tempted by the BR ones, too, as a possible replacement for an old J. Crew pair that tend to bag out too much and have awkwardly placed pockets that show their lining when I sit.&nbsp;</p> <p>I can't wait to see that <b>ADORABLE</b> rust jacket and the rust pants in action. Both look like fantastic statement additions and will be sensational with your greys.&nbsp;</p> <p>I do think there is something to your idea that it can take manufacturers a while to get the details of fit right in a newer silhouette. It's similar to how it took them a while to understand that cropped pants wouldn't fly off the shelves until they solved the footwear issue (bare legs in winter -- gah!). Once they figured out the higher shaft sock bootie, they could sell crops outside places like California, and they took off like crazy. I won't be tucking anything in nor wearing fitted tops either - I don't know, maybe they'll end up going back today if I can't find enough in my closet to wear them with. I don't necessarily have a thick waist, I'm just carrying a lot of extra weight all over. &nbsp;I don't know how else to describe it. &nbsp;For a solid year, every pair of high waisted and wide legged pants were too stiff, &nbsp;and bulky especially in the fly area.
