All that trouble with the sizes only says to me that there will be a very good sale on this style down the line, even better than the current one.

Kkhards, keep your eyes open as they may come back in stock when the general NAS opens. I heard they re-stock for it.

I aslo ordered the blue....and sized up per Nordies advice.....just tried them on and I am literally walking out of the right one, the left is ok, but will probably be to big after a couple of wears. Now my size is out of stock....and I'm majorly bummed because these are just so interesting-the color is fab and the heel is wonderful.

-Thanks Colette. I hope they will work but they probably will not.
-Jules, did you order medium or narrow width? Could that be the problem? Or do you need yet another half size up? Mine did not pinch the toes but they were too big when I sized up. They are so pretty but they also feel stiff to me. I hope yours feel better to you tomorrow when your feet are less swollen.

I can add my two cents, since I just unboxed mine (also, question from a newbie: is it appropriate to post here, or should I have started my own thread?).

Anyway ...
1) they are gorgeous
2) they are stiff
3) that's a really pointy toe!!

I did size up 1/2 size and they pinched across the base of my toes (you can see in photo #3). I don't know if they will soften up or if it indicates a mis-sizing and trying my normal size would improve things. It's also hot here and I'm thinking late-afternoon swelling could also play a role. I'm going to try them on again in the morning, maybe with a trouser sock, and see if it helps clarify things. I don't want to give up on them just yet!

-Thanks, Angie. That's what I was afraid of, that the leather would remain stiff and not soften with the warmth of your foot like most PGs. They do look lovely.
-Sterling, thanks, I try but I don't succeed all the time. Also let us know what works for you. Maybe we should start a high volume feet club.

Joyce, I tried these on, and they looked SPECTACULAR in the blue. But they weren't soft enough for my high maintenance feet. And SW usually works well for me, so that was a surprise. Some of my clients had no comfort complaints at all, though. So they ARE a top pick.

As for the size, I was fine in a my regular US 6.5 with extra insoles because of long toes. Half a size down might work better for others.

SF, I think the smaller size will work for you, maybe half or full size less, it's good that the toe box is roomy for you. It is just right for me so I think my regular size will probably not work but we shall see.
I don't know why they recommend going for a bigger size, I will put that in my review for Nordies.

Joyce, I re-ordered them in my typical size also for the exact same reason. They were too long when I tried them 1/2 size larger although the website says they run small. I found the toe box roomy enough although I tried a lower heel similar SW show, the Largo and they were narrow.

I ordered half size and also full size bigger as recommended on the web but they run huge in length for my full volume feet. They seem stiff but the block heel is wonderful and for that reason I just re-ordered a pair in my size.
For people who wear SWs, does that initial stiffness mold to your feet in the same way as PGs do?
I am thinking that they will be narrow for me but I am still going to try them in my size.
For people with regular volume feet, you may need to order your size or half a size down. These come in M and N widths, not in W.
The ones I got were blue but the find shows beige.
ETA: I just received and returned the pair in my usual size, 7.5. They are still too long and the toebox is very narrow and stiff, another size down will not work.
If you are in the market for these and have a narrow foot, you will be able to get great sales down the line as these shoes have so many fit issues even for regular feet.
