Thanks for the info Suz. I have one more pair on the way. I’ll think about ordering Fitflops again. Maybe after I’ve received everything I’ve ordered and done at least most of returns.

What a shame, Barbara Diane.

I love Fitflops for their cushioning -- they help my plantar fasciitis.

BUT -- I can only wear the styles with adjustability in the strap or the ones with a narrower last or top that grip the foot. I made the mistake of buying and keeping some laceup sneakers this winter and alas -- even the lace up and insoles can't prevent them from being way too wide for me. :(

(First two styles in Finds work for me -- last one was a big old fail.)

They are cute. I love the sparkle on the sandals and the color on the flats. And the elastic back of the flats made it the first pair of flats in a long time that stayed on my heel, which is why I tried them.

However, my bad. I didn't look at the size chart or the notes. Unlike most shoes where an 11 is a 42, these were 43s. So, yes, too big.
But not just in length; on the sandals I could put 5 fingers underneath the strap closest to my toes and 3 underneath the midfoot strap. The ballerina flats gapped in the width. I don't think just going down a size would work, so I am not reordering.
