Waterproof unless you’re in an all day downpour. Fit is tight in shoulders and roomy in hips in Small Petite - my usually size. Sleeves &nbsp;tad long. I have broad shoulders, and wear a larger size on top than bottom. Fit might be better for a pretty pear. Fabric is kind of plasticky, and the gold hardware is really gold - stands out more so than in the photo. Cute bow tie at back and nice colors. Going back. </p>
