				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have not returned with them since I decided I really do love the jacket. It looks like the buyer pays return shipping through the carrier of her choice and must insure it (i.e. if the post office mangles it in a sorting machine, Spiegel isn't reimbursing anyone).&#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a question and found any and all phone numbers have the same message directing you to their web site :-(&#038;nbsp; &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I finally caved and sent my question via email.&#038;nbsp; I heard back - a day and a half later - but at least they really did answer my question!&#038;nbsp; (Some companies don't even appear to have read your question. . . )&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Their return instructions online were not consistent.&#038;nbsp; One paragraph referred to using the enclosed return label and being charged $10.&#038;nbsp; (I didn't receive any return label.)&#038;nbsp; The next paragraph said to send it back via USPS registered mail!!&#038;nbsp; (Who on earth uses REGISTERED mail unless there's legality involved?)&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;The email reply said to send things back insured and trackable (which is normal).&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;But I am fully prepared to document my returns and go to my credit card company if Spiegel doesn't handle them properly. . .&#060;br /&#062;
because I read those complaints too ;-)&#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;This current sale finally enables me to purchase a few items I've been lusting after for months.&#038;nbsp;I keep seeing complaints about their return policy though, and their site doesn't even really address exchanges. Anyone have experience with that? I really don't want to pay for things that I cannot return/exchange if the fit is poor.
