I do same. Tape form to item and in some cases, if a couple from one shipment, tie a ribbon loosely around the combined items.

Grrr. I didn't think to take pics or write down tracking numbers. And now I'm getting worried because none of my returns appear to have been processed (via the "my account" page on the Nordstrom website).

A Nordstrom cust svc person specifically told me it's ok. If I have items from several orders, I tape the sheet to the item so it's less confusing.

I do this all the time and haven't had any problems with the returns. I always take a picture of the return label and all the return forms for a box so I can keep track of it.

Agree with the others. I do it all the time. Just keep a detailed list for yourself and the tracking number.

Absolutely okay. Put what fits into the box with the proper forms and off they go.

I would assume this is ok since you have all the separate forms- maybe make copies or go into your account to check off the returned items (someone posted about this a few days ago-I never knew about it).

I've returned things in different combinations/boxes than they were shipped. Doesn't seem to be a problem as long as you fill out and return the right forms.

Does anyone know if it is okay to return items that shipped separately back in one box provided that I have all of the forms enclosed?
