I am an idiot. Found the label in the box. =P</p> <p>I have a coat that I need to return to Zara, but am being lazy and do not feel like going downtown to the store right now. Anyway, I requested a return by mail online a couple of days ago, but I've not heard anything from them yet, nor received a shipping label. Is this normal, or should I try again? I guess I am used to things like Zappos and Amazon where they give you a label to print immediately upon requesting a return.</p> <p>ETA: just tried submitting the request again, and this time at least I got a confirmation email saying it's being processed. Still no fed ex label though? </p>
