Although there are a few people I remember, I am seeing lots of new faces on YLF since I last posted. I figure an introduction is in order so you don't wonder who this "newbie" is.</p> <p>I've read Angie's blog and posted on and off on the forums for over 3 years now. Life has been busy this past year, but </p> <p>A few things inspired me to begin posting on the forums again. First, I miss the interactive nature of posting. I've been involved with many online communities over the years, but finding the time to both read and post is difficult. Too many predominantly female online communities get catty and dramatic and disenfranchise particular demographics. YLF is hands-down my favorite community though because of the supportive, diverse vibe. It truly is a pleasure to post here.</p> <p>Second, with the NAS approaching (my favorite sale of the year!) and I love being part of the action as I don't want to miss out on any gems that inevitably sell out quickly. I'm pre-selecting Tuesday!</p> <p>Third, I'm preparing for a move and with all this packing on the horizon I feel inspired to do a SYC post-NAS sale. It is a lot easier to SYC and be creative with community support than being on your own in a style rut.</p> <p>I won't have many opportunities for WIWs until after the move, but I will try to post a few photos reflecting key elements of my style so you can get to know me. </p> <p>Thank you for reading; sorry this was so long! </p>
