Excellent service, and no problem with returns to Nordstrom Rack for online Nordstrom dot com orders. </p> <p>The only downfall? Can the same SA process all my returns (shoes, bras and clothing from assorted departments) or should I go to individual departments and return items from there. In the past, I have always returned items at the customer Service desk but they got rid of it in my local store. </p>
