Also it makes me happy that they are (like me) New Hampshire-based.</p> <p>Last week, the zipper on my black Mick jeans broke. I've had them for a couple of seasons, wearing frequently.</p> <p>i emailed customer service. asking if they had a spare zipper so I could get my tailor to fix them, Not only did they offer me a zipper if I wanted, but they also offered to fix them for me. I sent them last week and got them back, fixed, today.
