I love the over-all look of those pants on you. If the next size is slightly big, you can always get them taken in a bit. I love the sweater you're wearing it with; is it from White House, Black Market? Jacket 1's sleeves are too long. You could probably fix this easily, or try them rolled up to the elbows. It was advertised as a deep rise, and on me it ended up as mid-rise at most, with the resultant pulling over my butt and yawning side pockets! If waistband alterations are easily done where you are, consider sizing up; be warned that they'll definitely gape at the waist though.
