Wide is preferrable, but I've been able to fit into some standard sizings like the AK loafers and the new Nine West wedges on the other thread. The other day I found a pair of booties that are almost perfect in every way. They fit my foot, look good with skirts and dresses, have some cool styling details and are made of lovely fabric...problem is the heel is far too high, resulting in discomfort for my feet. They're at least an inch too high, so heel shortening wouldn't work in this case. I'm posting pictures of them here...has anyone seen anything remotely similar that comes in either wide widths or size 11? </p> <p>Thanks, ladies! </p>
