It's really sad, but the local independent fabric stores are disappearing. I would try to find a local sewing shop to check first. Let's try to keep them in business! Yarn shops can have wonderful button selections, too, but usually more arty, less what I would think of for a blazer. Fabric stores usually carry all kinds of bottoms. In some big cities, there are stores that specialize in sewing notions. It's why spares are often sewn into the garment or attached with a hang tag. Your best bet is probably to replace all of them. They just need to be the same size as the original.
