It's one of those things where you get what you pay for. Calf and lambskin are the softest, but also the most easily damaged. A jacket that is made from too stiff a leather will crease and tear and be uncomfortable to wear.</p> <p>Love your outfit in picture #2. You do a dress and jeans really well. I have one from Wilson's that my mom bought me 20 years ago which still is perfectly wearable even if a little worn -- the zipper, linings and edges are all still in good shape (I haven't worn it much in the last couple of years, but I will probably always keep it since its sentimental and reminds me of my late mom). </p> <p>Last year I found a nice Michael Kors jacket in Nordstrom Rack -- you might try there for good deals. Since the CPW is low, I'm game for looking for leather or pleather -- ladies, do you have any recommendations? </p>
