As a natural redhead, I have never been able to wear orange but specific shades of pink work well for me. On the other hand...Angie and blondes look terrific in orange and most brunettes, especially those with a nice tan, also seem to wear it well. And there are way more blondes and brunettes in the world than redheads. I think just about every hair color can look lovely in pink. The dress you linked to I think is just good ole "hot pink". I wore my hot pink thrifted BR skirt to a meeting last week and one of the women said, "Oh that pink is supposed to be THE color of the season; I heard it on the radio today." News to me. I thought it was supposed to be orange! Also thumbing through a magazine last week, there was advice to "add a shot of hot pink to any outfit for a fashion boost".
