Oh, and red shoes or the white-black shoes (they're mostly white with black toes and heels and dots along the toe - the grass covered them in the photo, but they go well with the micro-dot swishy skirt.</p> <p>The tux shirt is 'issued' but not required. They'll be 200 men in this shirt at the dinner </p>
