Creative, approachable authority. So a button front shirt and/or jacket are great. And some statement item or something with an interesting cut. And something fun. This worked out perfectly. Another outfit I like for warmer temps involves my sarong shorts.  And I am SO wearing the red boots and pink coat together soon. And you need to wear those red boots with the pink blazer.  That's a perfect look for a teaching day.  ETA: Random thought: I've been teaching today myself and I noticed lately that I have a specific look which I reserve for that assignment. You probably wouldn't notice the difference from many of my other WIW's, but in my mind I'm always trying to create an impression of creative, approachable authority.
