I don't have much hope for finding something like that exactly. If I had more free time, I'd knit one. You're also probably right about the slim cut of the pants being an integral part of the look. To add a slit to the hem of your pants, you'd need enough fabric to hem the sides of the slit, so that might be challenging than you'd expect. Jules, that's a super cute outfit too. I want to copy that one for a casual day. They also seem to be gone from the Zara site, and nothing's turning up when I google keywords slim ankle slit pants. Amy, I'm curious as to whether it would be a doable project (for me and my talented mom) to create a slit in a pair of pants. OK, I'll send the pic to her and ask her opinion. Whether there's that slit or not, to me the slim cut factor is an important part of keeping this look fresh and sporty-sophisticated. I can't help but notice her shoes echo the shape of her nose. She is sharp from head to toe. I think regular pants would work, but they should be slim and straight through the hip. No side pockets, for example. Its simplicity and proportions appeals to me. I'd like to recreate it, but have a few questions: 1. Where can I find a cropped sweater like that? She bought hers at H&M, but it doesn't appear to be available any longer. 2. If I wore regular instead of slim fit trousers, would that end up making the outfit dowdy? Thanks!
