Fresh and made from scratch because I love to cook and eat the results of my efforts. I find it therapeutic :)</p> <p>Here is the recipe for today's menu, which is from a Keto magazine. I highly recommend using a food processor to make the marinade. Dark chicken meat is better for this recipe.&nbsp;</p> <p>I leave the oven on at 400F and cook until done. Easier. Use a thermometer to check that the chicken is cooked through. You must make the sauce at the end. SUBLIME.</p> <p>Good with a fresh salad. Very Summery. You can add hot crusty bread too.&nbsp;</p> <p>Use the marinade for fish and veg if you like.&nbsp;</p> <p>Happy cooking! xo </p>
