I imagine I will live in these this winter when it gets colder - they are very warm. Rose - pairing necklace and scarf - indoors, I knew I'd end up taking off the scarf because it was too hot, so I added the necklace too. San - yes, for some reason the grey pants seem more casual to me too. Not sure why that is. Tanya - thanks! Medusa - I love the idea of that color hair, unfortunately, it doesn't love me. But fun for halloween. Ana - I am loving the F21 pleather jacket. It's quite light-weight too (pleather tends to make me sweat too much - darn hormones!). And it will fit underneath my cobalt Jcrew coat, so I could get wear out of it through the winter; I only worry that the zippers on the sleeve might snag the lining. Angie - I will start another thread, but your blog today has me wondering if I should add a pair of boots/booties in a pop of color? To add interest to my monochromatic palette? Also these boots make me feel like a bad-a$$. Hee hee. They are like rubber army boots. Work great in puddles! Question: Does the shorter jacket work okay over the longer tunic? No jewelry because the neckline on this blouse is detailed - hard to see in the photo. This scarf was a recent purchase and every where I go, I get compliments on it. Was a good purchase! The AT jacket is from several years ago and it's one of my all-time favorites, the kind of item you'd want to grab if the house was burning down.
