I am always afraid that some pre-teen is going to laugh her butt off to see me in there! The first time was last fall and it was just so overwhelming with so much stuff everywhere. The store looked like it had been pillaged by looters. I quickly scurried out. This time I was focused on the accessory section so it was a bit easier. But I admit to being a little embarrassed to go in - I actually looked around to make sure no one that I knew was near the store!! The funny thing is that while I was looking at the jewelry, someone asked me if I worked there! And I am thinking - oh yeah, retailers now let you bring your BABY in his stroller to work!!!</p> <p>Joy, I'm not sure - maybe an insole would do the trick. It took me about half an hour (PITA) with a safety pin and a pair of scissors to cut away the lace which gave it sort of a cheap look. Luckily, underneath the lace was the same fake pearl surface and not just a plain bead. Of course, there's a part of me that's afraid that something this cheap probably has lead paint or something else that's going to make my skin melt off!!</p> <p>There are actually quite a few knockoffs of this necklace out there.
