I like their ease but I find myself defaulting to jeans pretty much exclusively for work--like you. I enjoy having an assortment at hand even though I currently don't have a lot of occasions to wear them.&nbsp;<br />@Brooklyn: thank you! I wondered about that. I typically wear my Blonde OTK with the denim dress but thought I'd try something else. I've not tried sandals or sneakers. It looked weird with my Chelseas. I will have to experiment!<br />@Sal: Thank you. 2 and 5 were favorite styles of mine and worked bare legged in the past. I'm glad they work with tall boots now because I'm not sure I'll wear them the same way moving forward.&nbsp;<br />@Star and ChristlJ: Thank you. 6 is kind of an odd ball. I was going for a Free People vibe. It's not conventionally flattering for sure but there's something about the pattern and volume that appeals to me. I pulled out a few dresses that haven't seen daylight in ages (or ever) and was a little stumped at how to make them look current.  My old default was to dress them down with sneakers but that's not the effect I'm going for now. (TBH, I've been shopping for dressier footwear but it's been a bust with my wide-ish forefoot and narrow heels so I decided to try to make use of what I already have.) In my head I thought the mid calf navy boots would be an easy pairing so I was surprised that I didn't love the look except with the midi dresses. My old OTKs, on the other hand, I didn't think would work with the shorter dresses but actually think they look decent. Would appreciate your thoughts before I go out in public... TIA!  Adding photos in a minute. </p>
