I wear clogs in the fall and spring. I like the height boost I get from clogs, and the wide base for the heel. I've never gotten the look of clogs (and I can't wear them myself - sooo uncomfortable!). They are uber comfy but are kind of bulky looking.&nbsp; </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/rate-flipflops-vs-birkies-vs-clogs#post-977424 Thu, 11 Jul 2013 20:56:42 +0000 DonnaF 977424@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>This was inspired by CocoLion's post.&nbsp; I am referring to standard issue Birkenstocks and zoris (flipflops) a cut or two above the super cheap kind.</p> <p>I have all three, but my Birkenstocks currently hurt my feet so I don't wear them and I should get rid of them.&nbsp; Same with my $65 flipflops that have some type of rating from the Podiatric Association but are ugly and now uncomfortable to boot but I will keep them as shower and beachwear.&nbsp; I like the height, heel shape and funkiness of my Danskos, and their scale works with my chunky legs.</p> <p>My rating scale of the three:<br />Clogs -- most stylish, but some brands are undeniably frumpy<br />Flipflops -- intermediate but can fall according to the style<br />Birkies -- Classics IMHO rank at the bottom, but some styles are funky enough to rise at least to the middle </p>
