I forgot how much it rains here! As soon as I got over the hot weather dressing fiasco it started raining daily. </p> <p>I have hideously huge calves so tall boots are out. </p> <p>I snapped a couple of magazine layouts showing some fashionable rain boots but I honestly don't know where to start. My last pair was bought 8+ years ago and retired a few months ago before the rains started. </p> <p>I assume most people wear skinnies to avoid wet pants hems. So I guess this means the whole boot will likely be exposed. </p> <p>I'm going to keep my eyes open at NAS as well. </p> <p>Anything to look out for? </p> <p>Recs appreciated. </p>
