				<description>&#060;p&#062;Recently people have said things to me like &#034;you don't need to exercise&#034; or assured me that I could run a half - marathon. I have found this a bit annoying as I am actually quite unfit.&#060;br /&#062;
However an unintended reread of Angie's post on the Racy rectangle has provided the key &#034;you'll look like an athlete without even trying&#034;. I am only partly rectangle and identified with the top part of her tips while not needing those about adding curves to the bottom half.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Anyway it was one of those lightbulb moments (if only it was that easy to actually get fit!)
