It may be steamable but looks to me as if might require a relatively straightforward tailoring fix. It is then a matter of deciding whether you want to keep the dress or not. For minor fixes, it is worth it-almost everything I have has needed tailoring, if only to straighten a hem. I have had this problem before and it has down to how the lining has been sewn. Looking at the photos on line this strange bubbling or pulling is evident on the model but to a lesser degree.</p> <p>Is this a shonky pattern? Shonky sewing? Can it be fixed?</p> <p>Thank you </p>
