I don't think they will grow lengthwise. I now have two sizes of red tall boots: US 8 and US 7. The smaller size doesn't fit any better in the ankle and below knee, but it's much tighter in the foot. So much so that I can hardly wear them around the house in cotton socks. Are these boots going to stretch a lot? My gut tells me to keep the larger size, but I'm a little concerned about stretching. My toes are happy in the larger size, but the rest of my foot needs a whole lot of cushioning/fabric to fill the empty space around the heel. </p> <p>(I wear most of my boots with thick wool socks to avoid blistering, etc.) </p>
