I prefer a little bare ankle/leg to show between the shoe and the rolled cuff.&nbsp; You might also like to tuck them into more fitted taller boots (I like to do this with my combat boots), which I think might appeal to your "pirate" side.&nbsp; </p> <p>I think BFs are easier in general to style if you wear them with the<br /> cuffs rolled. I wear them with any kind of shoe - flat sandals, wedges, booties, tennis shoes. I roll mine up at the hem most of the time but some pair are long enough that I can leave them down - which I do in colder weather. They go with most of my tops too - t shirts, blouses, tanks, sweaters, cardigans. This time they might be cute!
