Thanks Lyn. Thats exactly what I needed to know. I like the idea of tracking exactly how much I use an item as I'm trying to constrict my wardrobe to fewer better quality items. I am even thinkin I could plan my outfits at the beginning of the week when things get busy.

1) Erasing the backgrounds is a bit of work; often you can find pics of your article of clothing on the store's website with a solid coloured background. Alternatively, photograph according to the tips in the site - it's not bad. Just do high contrast.

2) I use it on iPad2 as well, I do not have problems with uploading the pictures.

3) If you don't like the pictures taken on the iPad2, then you can upload them from other sources.

4) I use it to crunch stats for how much of one item I have; and how often I wear things; and keep track of my outfits daily.

My family got an IPad 2 for Christmas and I saw the popular stylebook application on there. In the reviews I read that people are frustrated with erasing the backgrounds of their clothes they photograph. Does anyone use stylebook and have this problem? Also if you use it on a ipad as opposed to an iphone or ipod, do you have trouble uploading the pictures. I dont like the pictures that the ipad takes as it seems grainy. It seems reasonably priced at about $5 US, but wanted to see if others thought it was worthwhile.
