I recently wore my tan/gold loafers on Christmas Eve to go grocery shopping and wander the mall briefly, without socks, and they gave me a blister. Lesson learnt. ( I generally wear with socks but had on cropped jeans and socks looked odd. Without socks, the 6.5's are snug in the toe box -- not uncomfortably so -- but my toes barely move. The 7's are not *AS* snug in the toe, but there is a slight bit of heel slippage that I worry will get worse with wear. </p> <p>I have a 7.5 Frye Campus boot that are about 10 years old and have stretched to the point that I now wear thick hiking socks to keep the heel from slipping.</p> <p>Will the shooties stretch like the boots did?
