And now you are giving me the warm fuzzies!!-) FYI: It's not just the Angie Picks Finds that generate a small commission for YLF. Clicking the product links from anywhere on the YLF website will secure the YLF cookie (which means we get the commission). Be it from a blog post, forum post, from the homepage, from the Finds section... Hope this helps. I mainly use the feature to collect an item 'just because', as Rabbit does. Clicking on the little heart icon makes it so easy to remember a piece that strikes my fancy (I collected a whole bunch of Inge's insomnia cross body bags this way and just have to figure out which one I want.). I know there are members who use finds for wardrobe management and curation, but sadly I'm too scattered to do that, even though I know the time investment would benefit me. Like Rabbit, I was under the impression that any find, no matter who put it there, generated income for YLF. If that's not the case, maybe Greg can make it so? I rarely order online (and just had a bad experience with JCrew which has reminded me why I don't), but on the rare occasions I do, it's usually because a member recommends something. And I'd also like to echo Rabbit in expressing gratitude to Inge for her hunting skills. Inge you do, indeed, have a fantastic eye! It only works when you have a page for an individual item open on an  ecommerce site Greg has added and then click on the the YLF Collect link in the bookmarks bar, and then you get a prompt that asks if you want to add the item to your finds, and it shows you the image of the item. Yikes! Really late to the party.  I will private message Greg when I have some time. I'm having trouble installing the bookmarklet. (I'm getting the message that I successfully did, but the icon doesn't show up in my bookmarks bar and I don't see any evidence of the new items in my Find section.) Inge, the Nordstrom find was actually an abstract example from my head. A while back I was trying to find the widget or whatever it was called on the maker's site that would easily convert it into a Find. It seems not to have worked for me. I can always drop Greg a line when I have something specific I want to recommend. And thanks so much for all the technical links!  rabbit, thanks for telling me about Angie's picks. I, um, use finds mostly in the 'anything that strikes my fancy' category.  Sorry forum for flooding you with so many of my finds :D It's a super helpful feature for me, because even though I'm pinning things that I might buy and don't want to forget about, I'm also pinning things out of my price range that I want to look for something similar to at a different price, and want to remember the shape or color.     Also sometimes I'm pinning full priced things that I want to wait to see if they get discounted.  Occasionally I pin things that I don't really need at the moment, but are on great discounts for their quality (I'm trying to do less of this though). I also like looking through everyone else's finds, especially forum members who I feel I share certain style similarities/preferences with (hi Tanya ). At first I thought that every find that was pinned would generate income for YLF if you clicked from that and bought off a store website, so I tried to remember to do that, but in reading Gregs information, I think it's just Angie's picks that generate revenue.  ETA:  I deeply appreciate Inge's finds, both on my threads and on other people's,  you've got a great eye and are an awesome huntress Inge!  The time you take to help posters out always gives me warm fuzzies. Finds is for everyone (and I find it tons of fun:-))) And on the <a href="http://youlookfab.com/finds/" rel="nofollow">homepage</a> you will indeed see everyone's Finds pooled together. If you click on "Mine", you land on your very own personal Finds page. And yep, you can use it for absolutely anything you want, including everything you mentioned above: online wardrobe management, things you've bought, things you've bought and have passed on but want to keep a record of, things you are really considering, things you might want to buy in the future, but also things that you love or inspire you, even if you would or could never wear them, creating capsule collections... Oooh, and also things you that you like for someone else (you can even use the Recommend feature to send a message to another forum member if you want to tell her/him about it). I often use it to add suggestions on threads in which a forum member is asking for ideas (e.g. rhubarbgirl's recent thread about a floral print dress for her parents' anniversary party). If you don't want those recommendations to stay on your own Finds page afterwards, you just unclick the heart on those item cards, and they will no longer show up. Hope I'm not making it sound more complicated than it is-(( I'll add the links to a few blog posts that explain how everything works. And just shout if you need more help. I thought they were a vanity thing, in our case.) Then today I think I finally realized that these are pooled together from everyone's Finds. At least I think so! The memo came around when I wasn't there. : ) So if I decide to create my own Find, is it supposed to be something I bought or am ordering? Seriously considering? Or anything that strikes my fancy, even if it's something I could never realistically wear?  Also there was a brief technical explanation on how to turn a find (for example, on the Nordstrom page) into a Find. I saw it but it didn't work for me for some reason, so I had to make it into a Custom Find.  Thanks for responding.
