It has no pills and is not thin. I also have the leo and sage top and thought I'd comment about the comparative styling since you have it also. I find the sweater shorter in the torso so it rides up a bit where the shirt does not on my true pretty pear hips. If you are longer waisted and curvy, this could be an annoyance. Also, the 'v' on the sweater is narrower.
