However, I've gotten disenchanted with the Smartwool brand for socks as a whole: they wear through in a season. They are still wool but they can be worn when its warmer. I was looking at some of their offerings online, but of course you can't see/feel thickness that way. Any recommendations of specific styles of theirs? </p>
