Hi Daria! I wear cropped jackets and toppers all the time in the summer, as I find it very flattering especially on petites. I definitively prefer the look on you too.
Most of the time, due to past years' obsession with low waists, I would wear my cropped jacket over an un-tucked longer cami. This look works best with a figure hugging cami or tee, nothing that bulks nor flows.
However with the recent return of the high waist, I am looking forward to tuck shirts and tees with this look.
On you, #3 looks fine because pant's waist is high enough to meet the jacket's bottom hem. I like #1 and #2 very much too. It works well to define your graceful waist. Have you tried this same look with bottom and tee in a less contrasting color, just for fun? Also works beautifully with a maxi skirt instead of pants.

bettycrocker, shevia, ladywone - thanks!
Joy - you must be very right. It's an Anthro jacket and might be intended to be worn with dresses (which unfortunately I don't wear much). My impression also that it's made for someone way bustier than me, with very narrow waist.
tulle - I'm not petite, but will definitely try with cropped pants! Great suggestion.
Style Fan - will def. was a few times.

I like these nice flares best with a tucked top and the slightly longer jackets, but I wouldn't advise you to get rid of the cropped green jacket. I'm guessing that you are quite petite? If so, you may find, as I have, that cropped jackets work well with narrow pants, especially narrow cropped pants--the proportions just seem better somehow. I also second Joy's suggestion to try the jacket with skirts and dresses.

You should wash them at least once before hemming because they are bound to shirk at least a little. Great flares.

I've gotten used to seeing tops longer than toppers, so don't mind your green jacket with the top untucked. You might feel that the jacket works best with dresses and skirts.

Angie - thank you. Do you think they will shrink after a wash? I haven't washed them yet. They are 98% cotton I believe.
Sterling - thank you, they do fit very well for being an online purchase!

I like the proportions of #3 and #4 best. But #7 is good too.

It's best to commit to a heel height with the flares. Choose the heels that you will wear with them most frequently and go for it. The hems need to almost skim the surface of the ground.

Great flares.

Happy Easter/Passover to those fabbers who celebrate!

It's the first "kind of" warm weekend, and I can't wait to play with my spring wardrobe.

I started building my capsules in Stylebook app (posted a short review few weeks before), and realized in the process that my real bottleneck is well fitting toppers (or rather lack of them).

Example is below - short green blazer from Anthro (photos 1-3). I tried it with a shirt tucked in, and it still didn't feel right. Is there any hope to style it or the fit is entirely off?

Photo 4,7,8 (sorry for messed up order) are my old, tried (and tired) blazers/jackets to give you an idea what silhouette I'm used to.

Additional question is about this new pair of wide-leg jeans. Obviously they need hemming - but what would be the right length? Photo 5 is the highest heel I would wear them with, and they are about to touch the ground. Pumps (photo 6) get swallowed entirely, and these are the shoes I anticipate wearing these jeans most often.
